Ms. Dorcé is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator & Arbitrator, she’s also a Certified FINRA Arbitrator, U.S. Bankruptcy Court Mediator of
Southern/Middle/Northern District of Florida. She has have been a Financier and Banker for over two decades specializing in real asset investments and corporate mergers and acquisitions worldwide. She a proficient negotiator who structures and closes investment deals as well as having a deep knowledge of financial markets while raising capital for companies at all stages. She was President of a real estate finance company in Miami. She has also worked at large American and European Banks. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Behavioral Sciences, a Masters in Science in International Conflict Analysis & Resolution-Negotiations from Nova Southeastern University, and an MBA from Sir John Cass Business School in London. Ms. Dorcé was recognized by Miami-Dade County Mayor Alex Pinellas for her work as a mediator for the EEOC.

Gilbert D. Myrthil: Legal Luminary and Global Mediator

Gilbert D. Myrthil is an accomplished attorney, academic, and certified mediator/arbitrator, with credentials from the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil Mediator and Arbitrator. His legal career spans over three decades, including 12 years as a judge in Haiti’s Comptroller Office and Administrative Court, where he presided over high-stakes cases with precision and fairness. 
Myrthil’s academic achievements include advanced studies in law, economics, civil engineering, industrial sciences, and applied mathematics. He earned a Master’s in Industrial Sciences and Applied Mathematics from the Polytechnic University of New York, where he also passed the Ph.D. language examination in humanities and communications. His teaching and research contributions extended to doctoral programs in computer sciences at the City University of New York (CUNY).
As a Florida-certified mediator and arbitrator, Myrthil specializes in resolving complex disputes in diverse international contexts. His expertise is further demonstrated through his mediation training, which complements his legal practice.

A multilingual scholar and author, Myrthil has written extensively on world literature and law, contributing to intellectual discourse in French, Spanish, and English. With a career committed to education, justice, and innovative conflict resolution, he is recognized globally for his leadership in mediation and law.
